Dr. Henry provides a safe place to work through your experiences together, with compassion and a strengths-based approach. "You are the expert in your life," she says, "and my goal is to listen and help you identify the patterns or behaviors you have developed throughout your life that no longer serve you."
She works from a psychodynamic-relational approach, exploring how past experiences shape your relationships and how you navigate the world, and incorporates CBT, DBT, EMDR and mindfulness.
